Palace Skateboards has just launched its first-ever flagship in Seoul, rocking the Apgujeong district with a splashy opening. Keeping the hype alive, they’ve already rolled out their second flagship store, this time settling in the super-chic Mapo district\u2014an absolute fave spot for the youth to shop till they drop. This new haunt is all set to become the next big thing for fashion lovers to check in and flex their shopping muscle.<\/p>\n

Overseen by the visionary Steve Oh, this new store’s design draws stunning inspiration from London’s South Bank\u2014a legendary breeding ground for skate culture and the birthplace of Palace. The interior is a mash-up of Art Brut influences, featuring expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that offer sweeping views of the urban landscape, robust concrete pillars, and massive screen walls. These elements fuse together to craft a vibe that’s both edgy and bursting with urban energy.<\/p>\n

In a recent interview, the design team at Palace disclosed, “These pillars carry our memories of the South Bank, and we’ve really put in the work on the faux wood texture of the concrete.
