Aston Martin recently unveiled its first custom private residence project in Asia, N°001 Minami Aoyama, in the fashionable Omotesando district of Tokyo. This four-story luxury home, developed in collaboration with Japanese real estate developer VIBROA Inc., showcases the exquisite craftsmanship, outstanding performance, and innovative design philosophy of the Aston Martin brand.
N°001 Minami Aoyama boasts an impressive area of 724 square meters, featuring a breathtaking interior design that includes a sculptural steel staircase, a spa terrace with a hot spring bath, a rooftop space with stunning views of Tokyo Tower, and a uniquely crafted car gallery that showcases two Aston Martin sports cars like rare art pieces. The design of this luxurious residence was executed by the Aston Martin in-house design team under the direction of Marek Reichman, perfectly aligning the emphasis on proportion, materials, and dramatic tension with the brand's automotive design philosophy.
This luxurious mansion is equipped with a private spa, a golf simulator, a wine cellar, and a Bowers & Wilkins sound system, elevating the ultimate entertainment and leisure experience. The interior features Molteni & C furniture, while the spa area is enveloped in Japanese cypress wood. The kitchen showcases black lava stone, creating an atmosphere of unparalleled opulence. The designer masterfully transitions between light and dark materials from the basement to the rooftop, symbolizing the journey from stillness to rebirth in the space.
The launch of N°001 Minami Aoyama signifies Aston Martin's expansion into the global real estate sector. Following projects in Miami, USA, and the UAE, the brand is further enhancing its influence in Japan and the Asian market. This isn’t just a luxury residence; it’s a significant manifestation of Aston Martin extending the essence of its brand into living spaces.
