Tineco has officially announced its entry into the Hong Kong market, unveiling three flagship smart floor cleaners for the year—FLOOR ONE S9 Artist, S9 Artist Steam, and FLOOR ONE Switch S7 Stretch—marking a significant expansion of its business in the Asia-Pacific region. The new products were showcased at a local launch event, featuring appearances by celebrities Lu Xin You, Ng Yip Kwan, and Yan Cai Xi, who came out to show their support.
FLOOR ONE S9 Artist Steam features cutting-edge steam technology that reaches an impressive 140°C, effectively breaking down grease and grime while achieving a remarkable 99.99% physical sterilization rate—making it perfect for homes with pets or children. Its FlashDry™ self-cleaning system uses high-temperature hot air at 85°C to complete rolling brush cleaning and drying in just five minutes, effectively preventing mold and odor. It also comes equipped with AI smart sensing and a SmoothDrive™ drive system, which mimics automotive differential logic for seamless 360-degree control that leaves no corner untouched. With its 180° lying flat design and a slim body that’s only 12.85cm thick, it easily reaches under beds or sofas for a thorough clean. The built-in 7 cells of 6250mAh batteries provide up to 75 minutes of runtime, enough to cover spaces up to 400 square meters, and it supports 2A fast charging to significantly reduce waiting time.
The S9 Artist version features the iloop intelligent dirt detection and variable water control system, along with the MHCBS constant pressure clean water self-cleaning technology and a high-pressure drainage chamber, delivering powerful deep cleaning capabilities. It introduces the Backtrack water mark elimination function, preventing leftover water stains on the floor, and can be equipped with an electrolyzed water module for enhanced sterilization effectiveness. The body sports a sleek silver design, comes with a 1-liter clean water tank and a 0.75-liter dirty water tank, and offers a runtime of 50 minutes.
In response to the demand for multi-scene applications, the FLOOR ONE Switch S7 Stretch stands out with its versatile functionalities, combining both vacuuming and mopping modes. It comes with a variety of attachments suitable for different cleaning areas including carpets, corners, and elevated surfaces. With a powerful suction of 22kPa and PureCyclone™ technology, along with a five-stage filtration system that can eliminate 99.97% of suspended particles, it effectively enhances indoor air quality. The Switch S7 features an ergonomic handle design, making it lighter and more user-friendly. It boasts a runtime of up to 50 minutes in mopping mode and 70 minutes in vacuuming mode, making it perfect for the compact living spaces of Hong Kong.
Additionally, Tineco also showcased two advanced devices specifically designed for carpet and heavy-duty cleaning: the iCarpet Spot and the Carpet One Cruiser. The former is lightweight and portable, perfect for spot cleaning areas like sofas or car interiors, while the latter targets larger carpeted areas, boasting a powerful 130W suction and a high-temperature drying feature at 167°F (about 75°C). It also comes equipped with a 2-in-1 SpaceAdapt intelligent water tank design.
Tineco stated that Hong Kong is not just a sales market but will serve as a core business hub for the Asia-Pacific region. In the future, they will strengthen the local after-sales service system and plan to open offline retail and experience centers to promote the O2O integration model. Three main products have been officially launched on the Hong Kong website, priced at HKD$5,299 (S9 Artist Steam), HKD$4,399 (S9 Artist), and HKD$4,499 (Switch S7 Stretch).
