Austrian brand Pro-Ject is set to unveil its latest release from the Artist Series, this time featuring a brand new turntable inspired by the iconic lightning logo of legendary band AC/DC, paying homage to the rock giants.
The design of this AC/DC turntable showcases a modern vibe, featuring a robust glass platter paired with a transparent acrylic sub-platter. The striking lightning-shaped design beneath the black MDF base is incredibly eye-catching, supported by three adjustable metal feet for added stability. Additionally, the product comes with built-in red LED lighting, creating a unique visual effect.
Take a closer look at this turntable, where the low-resonance tonearm design is inspired by AC/DC’s lightning bolt, featuring an electrifying red tonearm and a cute lightning-shaped handle that leaves a lasting impression. On the technical side, Pro-Ject uses a pre-calibrated Ortofon 2M Red MM cartridge, which is widely acclaimed in the HiFi realm for its excellent price-to-performance ratio.
