The talented singer-songwriter LÜCY, previously nominated for the Golden Indie Music Awards and the Golden Melody Awards, is about to kick off her latest concert Goodnight Tour at Zepp New Taipei.
LÜCY, a musician born in 2000, masterfully infuses elements of electronic psychedelia into fresh folk tunes, crafting a magical musical feast that transports listeners into a natural wonderland. Her playful and unconventional personality has earned her the affectionate nickname 《Aunt Lucy》 among fans. Her self-titled album 《LÜCY》, released in 2022, received double recognition from the Golden Indie Music Awards and the Golden Melody Awards.
After two years of growth and transformation, LÜCY returns as an independent artist, recently releasing her second album 《Dance on the Shoreline》, showcasing a fresh breakthrough in her creative journey. This album also marks an important milestone in challenging herself. Following the album’s release, LÜCY has been interviewed by numerous domestic and international media outlets, participated in podcast recordings, and embarked on a tour. Despite her hectic schedule, she stated: 《These jobs have been an essential part of my growth journey.》
Recently, in an exclusive interview with the American magazine Luna, she mentioned that the track Nothing ever stops me, a collaboration with Canadian singer Jaguar Sun featured on her album, has been included in the recommended playlist of a YouTube channel with millions of subscribers, alexrainbirdMusic. Moreover, NetEase Cloud Music has selected Dance on the Shoreline as the 2025 Critics’ Pick for Album of the Year. LÜCY also revealed: This time, without the support of a record label, I’m learning how to promote my own work!
Since March of this year, LÜCY’s Goodnight Tour has toured several cities and will take the stage in Taipei on June 20 at Zepp New Taipei. She shared on Instagram: For the past few years, I’ve been living under the expectations of others. This time, I finally found the courage to be myself, and this is the truest version of me.. She described this performance as More intimate and pure than an album, sincerely inviting everyone to step into her musical universe and immerse themselves in her lullabies.
