Brass Lion Entertainment officially announces its new game project Wu-Tang: Rise of the Deceiver, an action RPG that allows up to four players to set sail together and defeat Deceiver, while rescuing the Wu-Tang clan’s stronghold Shaolin.
According to a report from IGN, this game cleverly merges African surrealism with elements of Japanese anime, showcasing a unique visual aesthetic. On the audio front, players can look forward to a collection of classic tracks from Wu-Tang Clan throughout the years, along with new work from Just Blaze, delivering an immersive musical experience.
Additionally, this game is originally an expansion of the upcoming horror film Angel of Dust by Ghostface Killah and RZA. Ghostface Killah stated: Creating ‘Angel of Dust’ is an unforgettable journey, and the film’s story is just the beginning. Now, through the development of the game, fans will be able to dive deeper into this supernatural thriller universe.
Wu-Tang: Rise of the Deceiver will be the second video game from Wu-Tang Clan since the 1999 PlayStation game Wu-Tang: Shaolin Style. It is initially set to launch on PC, with the release dates for the console versions to be announced soon. Stay tuned!
