BYD has recently launched the all-new DiLink gaming controller for cars, available for pre-sale on their official app at a price of 199 RMB (approximately HK$215). This controller boasts exceptional compatibility, supporting multiple platforms including BYD’s own system, Windows, Apple, Nintendo Switch, and Steam. It offers three connection methods: Bluetooth, 2.4G, and wired, with one-click automatic pairing available for four of the platforms.
The design philosophy of the controller is exceptionally innovative, featuring Hall effect joysticks and triggers that significantly enhance operational precision while effectively reducing drift during use. The Hall effect joystick boasts an integrated design, while the Hall effect trigger combines a single-spring structure with electromagnetic induction technology, offering 256 levels of force variation. With a response distance of less than 0.1mm, users experience a sensitive and smooth operational feedback.
In terms of design, this controller showcases an ergonomic contour that fits seamlessly into the natural curve of your palm, allowing for extended play without fatigue. It comes equipped with four vibration motors that provide immersive environmental feedback, enhancing the gaming experience. When it comes to the buttons, the ABXY buttons and directional pad are crafted from a new type of conductive silicone, offering impressive elasticity and durability, capable of withstanding up to 5 million clicks. Plus, the controller features dual back buttons that support customizable functions, enabling users to quickly set up frequently used commands for enhanced operational flexibility.
