KONAMI recently announced the release of the “YU-GI-OH! Early Days Collection” to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the “Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game.” This compilation is now available on the NS platform (including both physical and digital versions) and on Steam, with the Steam version also compatible with the Steam Deck.
The physical version of the Nintendo Switch comes with a randomly included card made with Quarter Century Secret Rare specifications, which could either be “Ultimate Ultimate Form Moth” or “Christmas Dragon.”
This compilation brings together classic games that have never been released outside Japan over the years, featuring 14 classic titles from GameBoy, GameBoy Color, and GameBoy Advance. Additionally, it includes classic digital games from the “Yu-Gi-Oh!” series released between 1998 and 2004. You can check the detailed list of games via the relevant link.
This game introduces a “manual save/load feature” that wasn’t available in the original version, and it supports online duels in “Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 4: The Strongest Duelist’s History.” After its release, more games will receive updates to support online battles and offer customizable options for control settings and background configurations.
