A new top-down extraction shooter developed by Full Metal Bagel Games is set to launch soon. This game features an anime art style combined with a unique concept that requires players to traverse between the living realm and hell. Each team member comes with their own story, adding an extra layer of depth and appeal to the game.
In Hell Express, players take on the role of a member of an armed delivery company, supporting online co-op mode for up to four players, with the option to play solo. The core gameplay revolves around top-down shooting, where players must venture deep into the abyss of Limbo to complete various delivery missions. In this ever-changing environment with limited resources, strategic thinking and timely retreats are essential for survival.
Players can freely explore Limbo, gathering various materials and accessories while customizing equipment according to the unique strengths of their chosen character. Known weapons include assault rifles, shotguns, and flamethrowers. Additionally, players can drive an armored hell adventure vehicle, allowing for rapid movement and combat against enemies in the game.
The game isn’t just about battles—players will also encounter various events in Limbo. Through a darkly humorous lens, the fragmented narrative reveals the characters’ backstories and the life stories of the mission commissioners. This adds an emotional depth to the game.
Currently, Hell Express has not announced a specific release date. The game will be available on the PC Steam platform and will support Traditional Chinese.
