Developed by the indie game studio Brigada Games, Quarantine Zone: The Final Inspection has garnered significant attention from players since its announcement. The official version is set to launch grandly in November 2025, and currently, a free demo is available on the Steam platform.
In Quarantine Zone: The Final Inspection, players take on the role of a government agent tasked with overseeing a quarantine camp, confronting various Survivor that have arrived at the refuge due to a zombie outbreak. Among these evacuees, some might arrive with illness, while others could be hiding contraband; thus, players must navigate the tough moral and practical choices, making wise decisions about which citizens are allowed into the camp.
In the game, the camp will be divided into healthy individuals and carrier areas. Players must utilize the citizens' medical certificates (which may be forged!), assess their physical condition (they might already show terrifying symptoms), and employ UV flashlights and measuring devices to make the call on which area the citizen should enter.
However, as the number of people living in the camp increases, the supply of food and energy will become a challenge. Not to mention the outside threat of zombie attacks and potential protests from citizens within the camp, which makes the responsibility of managing the camp particularly daunting. Players must constantly monitor multiple tasks, including food and fuel supplies, accommodation arrangements, defensive systems, and evacuation measures.
Quarantine Zone: The Final Inspection is a simulation management game brimming with possibilities, where every player's choice can trigger a chain of consequences, undoubtedly adding to the challenge of the game.
Since the trial version launched, over 2 million players have experienced this game, and challenge-loving gamers definitely shouldn't miss out on it (unfortunately, Traditional Chinese is not supported at this stage).
