Recently, there’s new news about the racing movie “F1” starring Brad Pitt! Following the release of the first teaser last year, a one-minute new trailer was unveiled during the 2025 NFL Super Bowl, and it truly has us all excited.
In the movie, Brad Pitt plays Sonny Hayes, a retired racer making a comeback to the track, while Damson Idris is his teammate Joshua Pearce in the fictional team “APXGP”. This film is shot during an actual F1 Grand Prix weekend, showcasing the intense competition of the APXGP team against other fierce rivals.
This film boasts an incredibly strong cast featuring Oscar-nominated Kerry Condon, Oscar winner Javier Bardem, and Emmy and Golden Globe nominee Tobias Menzies. They are joined by renowned actors like Sarah Niles, Kim Bodnia, and Samson Kayo, along with special guest appearances from famous racing drivers such as Lewis Hamilton, Max Verstappen, Carlos Sainz Jr., Sergio Pérez, and Benoît Tréluyer.
The movie “F1” is directed by the renowned Joseph Kosinski, with partners including Jerry Bruckheimer Films, Plan B Entertainment, and seven-time F1 world champion Lewis Hamilton’s Dawn Apollo Films.
