Recently, Warner Bros. and New Line Cinema officially announced that the release date for the spinoff of The Lord of the Rings, titled Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum, will be postponed to December 17, 2027.
This film is directed by Andy Serkis, who also plays { in The Lord of the Rings. The story will center around {, delving deeper into the many tales and adventures of Middle-earth. Notably, Ian McKellen’s Gandalf will also make a return to the big screen, adding plenty of intrigue to the film.
