As the first season of the official derivative work My Hero Academia comes to an exciting conclusion, TOHO has announced the official start of the second season’s production, leaving numerous fans thrilled! This series is adapted from the spinoff manga created by Hidenori Kusaka, Natsume Ono, and Kohei Horikoshi. The first season’s animation was carefully directed by Kenichi Suzuki, with the script penned by the series writer Yoshimasa Kuroda.
For the second season, the production team once again chose Bones to take the helm, which includes several members from the original crew, such as character designer Takahiro Yoshida, art supervisor Yukinobu Watanabe, and composer Yousuke Hayashi, who created the music for My Hero Academia. This lineup undoubtedly ensures a high-quality presentation of the work. Although the specific plot for the second season has yet to be revealed, it is anticipated that the story will continue to unfold the narrative established in the first season, promising viewers even more to look forward to.
