After more than 20 years of conceptualizing, renowned director Quentin Tarantino has finally transformed the lost Kill Bill chapter Yuki’s Revenge into a short film, bringing it into the world of Fortnite. This collaboration with Epic Games is meticulously crafted using Unreal Engine, presenting a story that has never been filmed to the audience.
In this short film, Uma Thurman steps back into the role of Beatrix Kiddo/The Bride, alongside Chiaki Kuriyama. The trailer reveals Yuki tracking Beatrix in Los Angeles, embarking on a vengeance journey to avenge her sister Gogo Yubari, who was once O-Ren Ishii’s bodyguard and was killed by Beatrix in Kill Bill Vol. 1.
For movie fans looking to experience this chapter on the big screen, starting December 5, select theaters in the United States, Canada, and the UK will have limited screenings of Yuki’s Revenge, serving as a special feature for Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair. What’s exciting for fans is that those who purchase tickets at designated theaters between November 20 and November 29 will receive redemption codes to unlock the Gogo Yubari cosmetic outfit in Fortnite, available for unlocking starting November 30.
The trailer has been released, and the short film The Lost Chapter: Yuki’s Revenge will make its debut on Fortnite at 2 PM EST on November 30. Players can access it through the Discover tab in the game, with viewing experiences opening 30 minutes prior to the premiere.
