The brand new premium club, The Consul, is set to officially launch in December in Bangkok, located on the top floor of the new landmark JLK Tower in Sukhumvit. Designed by Team Wang Design and spearheaded by creative mastermind Jackson Wang, it combines art, culture, and aesthetic living to introduce a fresh, stylish social experience to the city. This private club project not only showcases fashionable elegance but also aims to promote creative exchanges, breaking the traditional club framework and redefining contemporary membership spaces.

The Consul is a two-story establishment designed to offer spectacular city views and diverse social spaces. The highlight here is Bar Won, managed by the award-winning team from Alice in Seoul. This bar artfully blends local Thai ingredients with global artistic inspiration, launching 12 creative cocktails each season, alongside a selection of 25 classic drinks, showcasing the craftsmanship that embodies the dialogue between mixology and culture. The bar features soaring ceilings, allowing guests to reach this captivating space via a stunning spiral staircase, Won, symbolizing one as a starting point, while also representing harmony and connection.

In the culinary realm, the modern Chinese restaurant led by Chef Benson Feng masterfully interprets the flavors of Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine, blending innovative techniques with contemporary aesthetics. This fresh approach aims to inject a new vibe into Bangkok’s dining scene. The restaurant features exclusive private rooms, complete with personalized menus and tailored services, perfect for intimate gatherings and special occasions. As night falls, it transforms into a dinner club, creating a vibrant atmosphere alongside live music performances.

In addition to dining and bars, the club introduces the globally pioneering concept Yang Club by Team Wang Design, led by Jackson Wang as the creative director. This concept presents music, lifestyle, and culture through innovative installations and curation, offering members of The Consul a fresh immersive experience. The Yang Club features spaces like the cigar lounge, investor’s VIP room, and private booths, which are exclusive to members, while Bar Won and the Chinese restaurant are open to the public.

The Consul plans to promote this platform, which combines art, design, and community interaction, to other major cities in Asia. Currently, early bird memberships are selling like hotcakes, with spots nearly sold out. Once launched, it is expected to further elevate Bangkok’s status as a hub for creative and cultural exchange.
