    香港瑰麗酒店 CHAAT 與 New Punjab Club 攜手呈獻米芝蓮聯乘晚宴,11道菜精緻體驗

    香港瑰麗酒店的米芝蓮一星印度餐廳CHAAT,欣然宣布與另一間米芝蓮一星餐廳New Punjab Club聯手,帶來獨特的美食體驗。是次合作標誌著兩間星級餐廳的首次聯乘,以展示南亞美食的創意與精髓。客人將有機會於兩晚中,分別在CHAAT及New Punjab Club享用精心設計的11道菜式特別晚餐,每位餐費為HK$998加一服務費。

    1月15日,CHAAT的主廚Gaurav Kuthari將與New Punjab Club的主廚Palash Mitra及Sidhu Chhabil攜手於香港瑰麗酒店舉行首場聯乘晚宴。菜單亮點包括CHAAT全新推出的香辣薯仔撻、酥脆牛油撻配香辣慢煮免治羊肉的Keema Pau,以及以Tandoor炭爐炮製的經典印度烤鱸魚,搭配鮮番茄酸辣醬。另一道特色菜為由CHAAT烹製的菠菜芝士咖喱Burrata Corn Palak,以濃郁布拉塔芝士和孜然香氣帶來極致美味,而New Punjab Club更為此特別推出新菜式牛尾抓飯,採用慢煮嫩牛尾和陳年印度香米,香氣四溢。

    緊接的1月22日,New Punjab Club將以另一場晚宴作為壓軸呈獻。菜單中的經典開胃菜包括CHAAT的菠菜脆餅Palak Patte Ke Chaat和New Punjab Club的印度烤蛋Tandoori Anda,細膩的香烤雞蛋搭配松露鹽和海螯蝦,為晚宴打響頭炮。主菜則包括CHAAT的馬拉巴爾魚咖喱,選用基拉拉邦石斑魚搭配椰奶及羅望子醬,充滿南印度風情,而New Punjab Club則帶來創新的三黃雞Murgh Methi Saag,配上舞茸爪飯及牛油烤餅,完美平衡風味與質感。

    兩場晚宴均以聯乘甜品收尾,朱古力煙燻栗子烤餅搭配爆谷意式雪糕,再配CHAAT的傳統印度奶茶,為客人帶來甜美的回憶。

    是次聯乘晚宴座位有限,建議提前預訂,以免錯過這場米芝蓮美食界的盛事。
