BAPE® has officially launched its Autumn/Winter 2025 collection Performance in All Weather Conditions, marking the brand's first collaboration with designer Kazuki Kuraishi. This partnership signifies a new chapter for the brand as it ventures into winter sports apparel.
The creative director of this collection, Ichige Souda, merges professional-grade functionality with BAPE®'s street style, crafting a lineup of fashion pieces perfect for both urban and outdoor activities, offering trend enthusiasts even more stylish options.
At this launch event, BAPE® invited several cultural leaders to showcase their unique perspectives, including Edison Chen, HOSHI from SEVENTEEN, James Lavelle from UNKLE, JESSE from SixTONES, rapper Kaneee, actress Riisa Naka, and designer Sean Wotherspoon. Each of them brought their individual interpretations to this collection.
Edison Chen's choice of Snowboard 2-Layer Jacket exudes a rebellious cool, while James Lavelle showcases urban sophistication with Detachable Zipper Jacket. Rapper Kaneee makes a statement in a street-style DIGITAL ABC CAMO tactical ensemble, and JESSE interprets Lambswool detachable coach jacket and trousers with a fresh athletic vibe. The entire collection features bold new camouflage designs and technical fabrics, highlighting daring silhouettes and innovative technology.
BAPE® is launching this collection in three waves, with the first featuring lifestyle pieces available this month. In December, a tech-oriented selection of snow sports gear will be introduced. Prices range from around ¥15,000 (approximately $98) for a relaxed-fit t-shirt to about ¥110,000 (around $717) for a baseball-style down jacket.
The first wave of products (Drop 1) will launch on November 8, followed by the second wave (Drop 2) on November 22, with the final release set for December 6. All items will be available simultaneously on the BAPE® official website and in physical stores.
