Burberry has recently partnered with Highgrove Gardens to launch a creative collaboration celebrating the brand's deep friendship with this elegant garden. The collection draws inspiration from the stunning gardens outside the private residence of King Charles III and Queen Camilla.
As a classic British brand with a century-long legacy, this collaboration not only pays tribute to King Charles III but also acknowledges his King’s Foundation, which is responsible for managing the royal gardens and showcases the King's commitment to environmental conservation. Burberry’s Chief Creative Officer, Daniel Lee, mentioned that this partnership with British artist Helen Bullock is the fruit of their long-standing dialogue with the Higli Gardens.
The Highgrove collection is steeped in British charm, inspired by the elegant essence of the Highgrove kitchen garden through the artistry of Helen Bullock. It feels like stepping into a tranquil oasis enveloped in lush greenery. Bullock draws from the garden to illustrate trees, elegant arbors, cascading flowers, along with the bees and fountains that inhabit the space, showcasing the harmonious coexistence of nature. This collection features menswear, womenswear, and accessories, offering a total of 28 products. She states: This garden is bursting with vibrant inspiration, captivating and making it hard to choose where to draw it from. The intertwined beauty of poppies and large cosmos creates a visual feast that’s truly mesmerizing..
Scott Simpson, the Retail Director of the King’s Foundation, noted that the collaboration between Burberry and the Haig Grove Garden has continued into the fourth quarter, showcasing British excellence in creativity, heritage, and the elegance of outdoor environments.
This visual campaign was uniquely shot in the charming countryside villas and gardens of England, capturing those quintessential family moments that ooze British charm. It features renowned actors, including Elizabeth McGovern and Laura Carmichael, known for their roles in the popular British series Downton Abbey, along with Sope Dirisu from the film Mr. Malcolm's Checklist. The stunning visuals were captured by British photographer Camille Summers-Valli, producing priceless images infused with the spirit of the English estate.
Daniel Lee stated: These highly respected actors breathe life into the clothing as they bring the Highgrove series to life.
