Cherry World, hailing from Los Angeles, has just unveiled its Fall/Winter 2025 collection. This brand is spearheaded by photographer Glen Luchford, Josh LeVine, co-founder of Frame Denim, commercial artist Fergus Purcell, and stylist Fran Burns. They focus on limited edition ultra-soft, washed cotton hoodies, t-shirts, knitwear, and premium denim apparel.
This season's FW25 collection draws inspiration from the diversity of American culture, visual vocabulary, and musical icons, including the graphic advertisements of World Industries and the album Uplift Mofo Party Plan by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. It also incorporates the distinctive styles of artists and bands like Cher, The Doors, The Runaways, and Black Flag, along with elements from early Stüssy and Chrome Hearts. The entire collection showcases Fergus's signature bold graphics, featuring must-have pieces like airbrush sweatpants, inside-out fleece hoodies, and oversized Hawaiian shirts.
LeVine stated: What excites me the most is reinterpreting the subcultures and countercultural elements we encountered during our formative years—think punk, surfing, skateboarding, avant-garde music, and fashion. These elements have always been the most interesting and inspiring nutrients for us, and now, we’re transforming and embedding them into exquisite high-end apparel.
This launch event will take place alongside a photography retrospective at the 10-Corso Como Gallery. Luchford expressed his excitement: I’m thrilled to launch the new Cherry World collection in such a legendary store, alongside my retrospective exhibition that traces back to my works since the 90s. I can’t wait for everyone to explore the meticulously crafted pieces of our brand during the exhibition..
The Cherry World FW25 collection is set to launch soon on the brand's official website as well as at 10-Corso Como in Milan, The Room in Barcelona, Vier in Belgium, Addicted in Seoul, GR8, Royal Flash, and Deep Inside in Tokyo.
