Hong Kong sports brand ISLA ATHLETIC collaborates with local label OLDSOILISM to launch a brand new basketball-themed collection titled "Wu Song Plays Basketball Tonight." This collection showcases ISLA ATHLETIC's pursuit of blending urban style with functionality, combined with OLDSOILISM's design philosophy of "Eastern learning for form, Western learning for application." Inspired by the classic scene of Wu Song battling a tiger from one of China's Four Great Classical Novels, "Water Margin," this collection innovatively merges traditional Eastern aesthetics with basketball culture, creating sporty fashion pieces that beautifully balance tradition and modernity.
The collaboration series features a selection of items, including the "Wu Song Plays Basketball Tonight" themed tank top, basketball shorts, two-tone sports headbands, and a special edition tiger T-shirt, even extending to a co-branded basketball. Each piece is crafted from high-quality materials and showcases exquisite embroidery details. The main visual design of "Wu Song Plays Basketball Tonight" stands out as a highlight of the collection, with the "Xiang" logo of Xiangdao Sports and the embroidered emblem of OLDSOILISM cleverly combined, highlighting the uniqueness of both brands.
