ADER ERROR is teaming up with Converse once again to launch two uniquely distinctive sneaker models: the Chuck 70 Ox and Wave Trainer, showcasing a fresh aesthetic with their signature deconstructed style. This collaboration continues from their initial partnership in 2022, which successfully reimagined the Chuck 70.
The newly launched Chuck 70 Ox boasts a clean, pure white upper, breaking away from the complex designs of the past and elevating minimalism to new heights. The unique pre-worn black-dyed midsole imitates the natural wear and tear of classic Converse pieces after prolonged use. Notably, ADER ERROR’s four-square logo appears at the heel, seamlessly blending with the label-style design on the midsole, while the traditional Converse circular logo is replaced by its representative pattern. Coupled with abstract stitching and a hidden Converse badge, the overall design offers a distinctive aesthetic.
On the other hand, the Wave Trainer marks the first collaboration between the two brands. ADER ERROR injects its signature cobalt blue details into this classic silhouette, featuring a unique distressed midsole treatment. The upper blends plush materials, suede, and mesh to create a rich sense of layering. In addition to the brand’s iconic cobalt blue, various shades of blue are introduced to further enhance the design’s depth. The standout feature, of course, is the removable ankle guard, inspired by the classic fold-over style of high-top Chuck Taylors, combining functionality with a stylish edge.
It’s worth noting that this collaborative shoe series will be officially launched soon, so enthusiasts shouldn’t miss out on this unique partnership opportunity!
