The Hong Kong Transport and Logistics Bureau announced that eligible vehicles can now officially use the remote parking feature, allowing drivers to operate the vehicle via a smartphone or car fob without having to be inside the car. This makes parking easier, especially in tight spaces.
The Hong Kong government announced in its latest “Budget” a number of measures, allocating 300 million Hong Kong dollars to set up 3,000 fast charging stations, and investing 605 million Hong Kong dollars to promote the electrification of buses and taxis. The number of electric vehicles has increased to 100,000, facilitating the transition to green transportation.
