Panerai held the “Beyond the Watch: A Journey Through Time” exhibition at its flagship store on Canton Road, themed around the number “ten”. The event features selections from ten private collectors showcasing an array of historic timepieces and instruments, guiding visitors through the brand’s evolution. Coinciding with the tenth anniversary of the Canton Road flagship store, the brand specially curated this exhibition, highlighting ten legendary stories intimately connected to Panerai, illustrating its evolution in watchmaking craftsmanship and technology.
The exhibition is divided into two main parts. The first floor showcases five significant historical milestones of Panerai, including the brand’s early collaborations with the Italian Navy, the birth of iconic designs like the Radiomir and Luminor, and the development of precision military timepieces. The second floor explores five key contemporary developments, such as the establishment of a Swiss watchmaking factory, the application of innovative materials, advanced movement technologies, exclusive experience programs, and the close connection with the Paneristi community. The exhibits span different eras, creating a time-traveling experience through the layout and design of the exhibition area, allowing visitors to feel the charm of Panerai’s timeless classics and modernity coexisting.

The antique watches showcased this time are immensely collectible, with many making their debut appearance. From historical military watches to contemporary innovative timepieces, each carries the legacy of Panerai’s watchmaking traditions and craftsmanship. Additionally, the brand has specially exhibited precious naval military instruments, highlighting the decades-long collaboration between Panerai and the Italian Navy, showcasing how the brand has transformed from a military timepiece supplier into a globally recognized luxury watch brand.
