    Stepping into the Chinese New Year of 2025, Bottega Veneta's latest Spring collection makes a dazzling statement with its ad campaign shot in Liuyang City, Hunan Province—famously known as the birthplace of fireworks. The campaign resonates with festive vibes, unleashing a theme rich in celebratory fireworks, and exemplifies the excited anticipation for the New Year. Set against the night sky, the advertisement brings to life the vibrant celebrations through stunning fireworks, symbolizing a collective embrace of new hopes and beginnings.

    This year's Spring Festival campaign from Bottega Veneta brings a heavy dose of star power with brand ambassadors Shu Qi and the freshly minted Ethan Juan. Leading the visual charge is famed photographer Christopher Doyle, known for his iconic collaborations with director Wong Kar-wai on movies like *Happy Together* and *In the Mood for Love*. Doyle’s cinematic eye breathes life into the visuals that are nothing short of mesmerizing. Adding an auditory layer to the visual feast, Belgian composer Le Motel remixes Stefanie Sun’s classic hit "Green Light," dialing up the vibe and presenting the audience with a fresh auditory experience. Together, these elements fuse to create a campaign that's as stirring as it is stylish.

    This season's shoot touches down in LiuYang, the legendary fireworks capital with a history stretching back to the Tang Dynasty over 1,400 years ago. Back then, artisans first used bamboo tubes to create crackers, sparking a tradition that catapulted LiuYang to global prominence as a fireworks hotbed. There's a fun tidbit for you history buffs: in 1295, the Venetian explorer Marco Polo reportedly carted the magic of fireworks back to Europe, lighting up a historical exchange from Asia to the West. For its latest video, Bottega Veneta pays homage to LiuYang’s meticulous fireworks craftsmanship. It’s a nod not only to these deep-rooted traditions but also to the brand’s own Venetian origins and commitment to innovative artistry—a celebration of pyrotechnic passion that ties two worlds together. This explosive backdrop is not just a setting, but a statement of respect and a wink to a shared firework-infused heritage that keeps sparkling across borders.

    Bottega Veneta's latest Spring Collection of fashion and accessories has truly embraced the festive vibes of the Spring Festival. To ring in the Year of the Snake, the brand has launched an exclusive Tosca bag with a snake-shaped handle, alongside other styles adorned with jade balls, symbolizing purity, elegance, and auspiciousness.
