Recently, the Qatar race had some thrilling moments, featuring a fierce competition across 57 laps. However, the championship landscape shifted dramatically. Max Verstappen made a stunning comeback, rising from third place to the podium thanks to the well-thought-out strategy of the Red Bull team. He was followed by Oscar Piastri in second place. Meanwhile, Lando Norris faced strategic errors and the impact of other cars on the track, which kept him out of the top three, finishing the race in fourth place. As a result, the gap has narrowed from 22 points to just 12, setting the stage for the final showdown in Abu Dhabi to determine this year's champion!

In this race, the early deployment of the Safety Car and Pirelli's tire limit of 25 laps forced teams to reevaluate their strategies. McLaren decided to let Piastri and Norris extend the first phase of the race, and although they ultimately managed to secure second place (P2), they gave Verstappen a significant advantage in race pace and pit timing. After Norris exited the pit for his second tire change, he unfortunately came under a double attack from Carlos Sainz and Kimi Antonelli, which cost him precious time. He eventually found a breakthrough thanks to a mistake from Antonelli in the penultimate lap, but by then it was too late to chase down the top three, intensifying the championship competition.

Sainz continued to deliver an outstanding performance, becoming one of the standout strengths for Williams this season, securing third place once again. Meanwhile, Antonelli from Mercedes wrapped up the race in fifth, paving the way for his team to clinch second place in the championship this year. Veteran Fernando Alonso from Aston Martin showcased his skills with an impressive 360-degree spin, finishing in seventh, a testament to the resilience of the experts. Other point-scoring positions were taken by Leclerc, Lawson, and Tsunoda. During the race, a collision occurred between Nico Hülkenberg and Gasly on the first lap, leading to their withdrawal. Additionally, Isaac Hadjar suffered a tire blowout at the end of the race, preventing him from maintaining a stable sixth position. Despite the chaos in this race, the thrilling competition focused on the battle among the top three in the championship.

In the final battle set to take place in Abu Dhabi, the gap between Norts, Verstappen, and Piaceter is just 12 and 16 points, keeping the situation wide open for all possibilities. During this race, Verstappen showcased his calmness and excellent ability to control the pace, managing to exploit the race conditions to his advantage even in tough situations. Meanwhile, Norts struggled to accept the fourth-place finish; however, upon reflection, it becomes clear that McLaren's loss in this round stemmed from miscalculations rather than a lack of speed. The Abu Dhabi race will be a dual challenge both psychologically and strategically, and it will represent the ultimate showdown among the three drivers.
