SUICOKE humamphibian shoes blend high performance and amphibious capability for urban streets and outdoor trails, SUICOKE and Vibram said in a joint release.
Design and drainage in SUICOKE humamphibian shoes
The new SUICOKE humamphibian shoes arrive in two designs, a high top and a low top, intended to balance breathability and long term durability, the companies said.
The humamphibian line features an engineered drainage system with purpose built ports in both the insole and the outsole so water can evacuate quickly. SUICOKE said the system is designed to deliver true amphibious performance for river crossings and wet urban routes.
Outsole grip and barefoot feedback
Vibram supplied its MEGAGRIP rubber outsole to help with traction on wet rocks and rain slick pavement, Vibram said in the same release. The outsole is matched to a foot shaped last that preserves the barefoot feel associated with Vibram FiveFingers, Vibram noted.
The brands emphasized that SUICOKE humamphibian shoes keep a direct ground feedback so wearers can feel terrain nuance while still getting stable support. The upper uses a high airflow mesh treated for water repellent performance to speed drying, the companies said.
Who the SUICOKE humamphibian shoes are for
SUICOKE and Vibram positioned the humamphibian shoes for city dwellers who cross streams on weekend hikes and for outdoor enthusiasts who want a minimal shoe that handles wet conditions. Test samples reviewed by the brands focused on wet traction and rapid drainage.
The companies did not provide U S pricing or a global launch date in the initial announcement, but said additional details will follow on their official sites, SUICOKE and Vibram said.
