Humanrace body care launches two new products aimed at skin recovery after exercise: Smoothing Body Scrub and Recovery Body Lotion, the brand announced. Pharrell Williams founded Humanrace to bring daily, performance driven routines to skin care, and the new items extend the label into targeted body care.

The Smoothing Body Scrub combines physical and chemical exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and sweat related buildup. Humanrace says the formula uses plant cellulose and rice powder to sweep away surface debris, while mandelic acid helps dissolve compacted keratin, leaving skin smoother and finer.
Texture is designed to shift from gritty particles to a milky emulsion on application, so cleansing reduces friction and irritation, the brand says. The scrub also includes centella asiatica to soothe skin prone to redness, plus ceramides, shea butter, and sunflower seed oil to help fortify the skin barrier and lock in moisture.
The Recovery Body Lotion focuses on repair and hydration, formulated with anti inflammatory actives and a ceramide lipid complex to reinforce barrier function. Humanrace highlights four types of hyaluronic acid in the lotion, intended to replenish moisture at multiple skin levels and boost protection after exercise.

Additional recovery focused ingredients include frankincense extract and ginger extract, along with magnesium, zinc, and copper to support skin repair and daily relaxation care. The lotion is described as lightweight and fast absorbing to avoid a heavy feel after application, making it suitable for everyday use after exercise, Humanrace says.
How Humanrace body care fits an after exercise routine
Pharrell Williams said the brand develops formulas in partnership with dermatologist Dr. Elena Jones, who has worked with him for more than 20 years. Pharrell Williams emphasized that each ingredient is chosen for a clear purpose, and that the line aims to make after exercise care part of an ordinary regimen.
With these additions, Humanrace body care extends its offering from face and general skincare into a structured body routine, combining cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and repair to support skin through the stages that follow exercise. The brand recommends using the scrub in the shower, followed by the lotion to finish the routine.
Availability and claims
Humanrace provided the product descriptions and ingredient highlights in marketing materials for the launch. The brand did not specify U.S retail dates in the materials provided, but said both products are intended for daily use by people who want targeted post exercise skin care.
For shoppers tracking the line, Humanrace body care now offers a direct path from cleansing to barrier support, with formulas pitched at both exfoliation and subsequent repair. Customers should patch test new actives such as mandelic acid if they have sensitive skin, dermatologists advise.
