The red van is branded with “MUJI Hong Kong 25th Anniversary” and will set up small interactive game booths when it visits neighborhoods, the company said. The tour covers 15 communities, including Tsim Sha Tsui (a busy waterfront shopping area in Kowloon), Tsuen Wan (a New Territories residential and retail district), Kwun Tong, Causeway Bay, Mong Kok, Yuen Long, Tuen Mun, Tsing Yi and Tung Chung.

The first weekend begins in Tsim Sha Tsui and then moves to Tsuen Wan Market Street and Hing Ning Road in Kwai Fong. MUJI Hong Kong canceled two planned stops at Sha Tin station and On Chi Road in Tai Po for July 26 because of an expected change in weather, the company said.

For the second and third weeks, the van will visit Kwun Tong, Kowloon Bay, Causeway Bay, Yuen Long, Tuen Mun, Quarry Bay, Po Lam, and Mong Kok. MUJI Hong Kong advised that dates and times may be adjusted for weather, traffic, and crowd control, and urged people to check the brand’s Facebook or Instagram pages before leaving home.
