CASIO has been steadily advancing on the path of brand innovation. Recently, under its racing line EDIFICE, it made its debut in the mechanical watch market, launching the brand new model EFK-100.
The all-new EFK-100 series is crafted to cater to the passions of sports car enthusiasts and racing fans alike, featuring a sophisticated chronograph wristwatch with a date function. The case diameter ranges from 39 to 40mm, and its transparent case back allows you to clearly admire the intricate movement at work. This timepiece boasts both automatic and manual winding systems, delivering approximately 40 hours of power reserve and a hacking feature for the seconds hand. Enhanced with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and offering a water resistance of up to 100 meters, it flawlessly merges practicality with aesthetics.
As a standout piece in this collection, the EFK-100XPB boasts a case and dial crafted from forged carbon fiber, a material often found in high-end sports cars and custom automotive parts, known for its strength and lightweight characteristics. Additionally, the EFK-100CD also features forged carbon fiber on its dial, showcasing a random carbon fiber texture that gives each watch its own unique personality. Meanwhile, the EFK-100D employs an electroforming process to achieve a variety of colors and textures resembling forged carbon fiber on its dial.
In the design of the watch face, the EFK-100 series features a dual-layer structure, with the upper layer adorned with hour markers to create a floating three-dimensional effect. As for the strap design, both the EFK-100D and EFK-100CD come equipped with a solid stainless steel H-type bracelet, treated with an individual hairline finish and mirror polish to enhance the overall quality; meanwhile, the EFK-100XPB features a resin strap and a comfortable D-type buckle, showcasing its unique design style.
