Bentley’s EXP 15 Concept and New Winged B Emblem Reveal Future Design Directions

The EXP 15 draws inspiration from the 1930 Blue Train Speed Six, successfully merging classic travel spirit with modern aesthetics. It aims to showcase a timeless balance of body proportions, advanced materials, lighting technology, and user experience in perfect harmony. Although the EXP 15 will not go into production, it presents car enthusiasts and potential customers with a glimpse of Bentley's future direction.

The EXP 15 features elongated front lines, a vertically illuminated grille, sculptural rear wheel arches, and active aerodynamic components, offering a fresh interpretation of Bentley's classic design for the electric vehicle era. The interior is entirely crafted with virtual reality, utilizing a unique three-seat layout that cleverly merges British textile traditions with digital innovation. Highlights include a morphing dashboard, rotating passenger seats, and a range of materials from jacquard silk to 3D-printed titanium, with even the trunk transforming into a luxurious tailgate lounge area.

The EXP 15 is designed around an all-wheel drive electric powertrain, striking a balance between performance, comfort, and sustainability—these are the core concepts for Bentley's next generation models. This presentation also marks the debut of Bentley's completely revamped emblem Winged B, the first redesign in twenty years. The new emblem will be featured in all future Bentley models, including the electric cars set to launch in 2026.

The new factory emblem’s Flying Wings shape is sharper, having removed the feather details from the previous version, showcasing a more minimalist and sculptural outline, while the internal diamond pattern has also been refined. The central B lettering is inspired by the jewelry inlay craftsmanship of luxury watches, making it not only suitable for standalone use but also set to be widely applied in digital platforms and product design in the future, highlighting its versatility.

Since its design by F. Gordon Crosby in 1919, every transformation of the Wing B emblem has embodied Bentley’s unwavering spirit of heritage while adapting to the times. The 2025 redesign more clearly conveys Bentley's commitment to minimalism, precision, and modern luxury, paving the way for the upcoming generation of handcrafted vehicles.

This brand-new factory emblem is set to officially debut alongside Bentley's futuristic concept car, offering a glimpse into the brand's next phase of design language. Prior to that, an inauguration ceremony for the new emblem will take place at Bentley's cutting-edge design studio located in Crewe.
