ICECREAM has recently teamed up with Bronze 56K to launch a brand new capsule collection featuring seven unique pieces. This collection blends ICECREAM's jewelry elements with Bronze's skate hardware aesthetics, showcasing a fusion of their distinct styles. The range spans from opulent designs (such as NIGO's diamond-studded chains) to streetwear vibes (like the Bronze stud pattern), tightly linking ICECREAM's iconic imagery with Bronze's metal-oriented designs.
The standout pieces of the collection include a full-zip hoodie and matching cargo pants, both adorned with an all-over Screws and nuts print that creates a cohesive style. Additionally, the collection features three uniquely styled graphic T-shirts, with the most eye-catching being a visual misalignment print inspired by NIGO's ICECREAM chain design, which extends to the corresponding skateboard deck. Another T-shirt showcases a hand-drawn style Bronze sundae graphic, with a green Running Dog design printed on the back. Meanwhile, a distressed Running Dog logo can also be found on a black Bronze 56K T-shirt. As for accessories, a black beanie embellished with rhinestones echoes the special edition skateboard deck and the T-shirt featuring the rhinestone chain.
ICECREAM was founded in 2004 by Pharrell and NIGO, initially serving as a footwear subline for their brand Billionaire Boys Club. This brand has redefined the image of skatewear with its striking visual language (like the iconic Running Dog) and the bold styles of its founders. In contrast, the skate brand Bronze 56K has been gradually establishing its influence in New York City's street culture since 2011, with a name that pays homage to the era of 56k dial-up internet, embodying a visual and film aesthetic inspired by lo-fi.
The BBC ICECREAM x Bronze 56K collection is now exclusively available at bbcicecream.com.
