In its first week, the album tallied 52,000 equivalent album units, with 39,000 units coming from streaming—totaling an impressive 54.3 million on-demand streams. Additionally, 13,000 units were from physical album sales, while the remainder was derived from single equivalent album units. Notably, this marks Young Thug’s ninth entry into the Top 10; his previous album, Business is business., even reached the number 2 spot.
Additionally, this week’s chart also welcomed several new entries, with Doja Cat’s album Life debuting at number 4, supported by 57,000 equivalent album units, including 31,000 units from streaming equivalent album units, with on-demand streams hitting 40.62 million, while 26,000 units came from album sales.
At the same time, Mariah Carey’s latest release Here For It All has debuted at number 7 with 47,000 equivalent album units. This achievement makes her the third female artist in history to have new albums enter the Top 10 across the 1990s, 2000s, 2010s, and 2020s, following Madonna and Shania Twain. It’s also her 19th album to break into the Top 10, solidifying her position as the third female artist with the most Top 10 entries, setting a new record on the charts.
It’s worth mentioning that Olivia Dean has made her debut on the Billboard 200 chart, landing at number 8 with The Art of Loving after achieving 43,000 equivalent album units. Meanwhile, P1Harmony’s EX secured the 9th spot with 40,000 equivalent album units, wrapping up this week’s chart entries.
