The latest movie in the Detective Conan series, “Detective Conan: The Phantom of the One-Eyed,” is set to be released soon. Following the initial teaser at the end of last year, the official trailer has now been revealed.
This story revolves around Kogoro Mori and police officer Daisuke Yamato from Nagano Prefecture. As the plot unfolds, it gradually reveals the secret behind Daisuke’s left eye scar—what really happened during the avalanche incident? Who is the culprit? And how did Daisuke manage to survive against all odds? Additionally, characters Takamitsu Morofusa and Yui Uehara from Nagano Prefecture will also make an appearance in this work.
Kogoro Mori expressed to fans in the official promotion: “Thank you for waiting! I am the real detective ‘Sleeping Kogoro’. In this movie, I will be giving my all as the ‘Awakened Kogoro’! This work is directed by Katsuya Shigehara, with the screenplay written by Takeharu Sakurai, and it is set to make a grand debut on April 18, 2025.
