If Wong wins his Coleman French Open qualifying match, he will enter the Roland Garros main draw, marking his second Grand Slam main-draw appearance after the 2025 U.S. Open, according to ATP Tour player records.

There were many fans at the court supporting Wong, including his girlfriend, Chan Hong-tai (陳康堤), and his father, Eason Chan. After the match, Wong exchanged an embrace with Eason Chan at courtside.
