The Brioni F1 collaboration will dress the BWT Alpine F1 Team in made to measure tailoring for international races and official events, the companies said.
The partnership pairs Italian luxury tailor Brioni with the Enstone based BWT Alpine F1 Team, a squad the team described as having delivered seven world championships across its Enstone lineage since the 1990s.
Brioni F1 collaboration details and intent
BWT Alpine said the agreement, which begins in 2026, is intended to extend Brioni’s decades long focus on tailoring, proportion, and fabric into a world that also demands speed and precision.
The team, based in Enstone, England (a village in Oxfordshire), will have its management and official representatives wear Brioni made to measure looks at races, press conferences, and hospitality events, BWT Alpine said in a statement.

Design priorities: comfort for travel and movement
Brioni said the collection was designed with long haul travel and a dense event schedule in mind, aiming to strike a balance between formal presence and comfort. The brand described garments built to move, with lighter structures and fabrics that preserve tailoring geometry while easing motion.
One highlighted piece is the Soffio jacket, described by Brioni as an ultra light, unlined construction in a cashmere warp weave, with a double breasted cut that keeps the suit’s volume while producing a more natural, flowing silhouette.
Brioni emphasized that high end tailoring is not only about how clothes look, but how they perform when the body moves. The company said that tailoring and Formula One engineering share a similar process: repeated adjustment, precise calculation, and an aim for an effortless result.
Statements from team and brand leaders
Flavio Briatore, listed by the team as an executive adviser, said Brioni’s involvement will lift the squad’s image and presence on the international stage. “This partnership brings together two crafts that prize detail, structure, and flow,” he said.
In a written comment attributed to Brioni, the company said it has long appealed to men who pursue a high standard of living, and that the discipline and focus of the Formula One world align with the brand’s spirit.
Brioni’s chief executive, identified in the announcement as Federico Arrigoni, said the collaboration is a natural fit because both environments demand precision and an engineered sense of proportion, the company said.
The Brioni F1 collaboration will roll out looks for the team this season, the companies said, and will be visible at selected Grands Prix and official team functions.
