Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide brings heated, vibrating recovery pods to a wearable slide designed for postworkout recovery and everyday comfort, the companies said.

The slide pairs Nike styling with Hyperice recovery technology, using a detachable magnetic Hyperslide Pod that sits over the midfoot and secures with a wide adjustable strap, Nike and Hyperice said.

The Hyperslide Pod houses heating and vibration systems with three heat settings and three vibration modes, the companies said. The maximum listed temperature is 47°C (about 117°F), aimed at massaging the top of the foot to help reduce postworkout tightness and fatigue.

Each recovery session lasts about 15 minutes, and users can operate controls on the Pod itself or adjust heat and vibration through the Hyperice App, Hyperice said. The companies noted the slides can be worn while walking, so users need not remain seated during a treatment.

    Construction and styling

The Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide has a minimalist, tech-forward look with a monochrome upper made from technical fabric and a central magnetic docking point that features a glowing Hyperice H logo, Nike said.

The outsole uses a thick rubber structure with raised treads and concentric grip patterns, and the Nike Swoosh is pressed into the sole for traction and durability, Nike said.

    Why Nike and Hyperice collaborated

Hyperice, founded in 2010 by Anthony Katz, has focused on recovery technologies including percussion massage devices, pneumatic compression systems, and thermal therapy, the company said. The partnership extends that technology into everyday footwear so recovery can be integrated into routine activity.

Nike and Hyperice said the Air Zoom Hyperslide follows earlier joint recovery footwear efforts, and represents another step to combine wearable tech with casual shoe design.

    Availability and price

The Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide will be available Sept. 29 at select retailers and on Nike.com, the companies said. The suggested retail price is $249.

Retail availability and colorways will vary by market, Nike said. The companies recommended following official Nike and Hyperice channels for updates, and noted the slides require periodic charging of the Pod for wireless operation.

For product details and technical specifications, Nike and Hyperice directed inquiries to their official websites and the Hyperice App listing.
