LA MONTAGNE condos Hong Kong developers Kerry Properties, Sino Land, Swire Properties and MTR Corporation unveiled a new luxury line called Collection Privée for Phase 4B, the companies said.
LA MONTAGNE condos Hong Kong: Collection Privée details
The Collection Privée comprises rare three bedroom and four bedroom layouts across three blocks in Phase 4B, occupying selected units in Tower 1A, Tower 1B and Tower 1C. Unit sizes range from 812 to 2,291 square feet, and some homes will offer views toward Deep Water Bay and Shouson Hill, extending the southern district mountain and sea outlook into the living spaces.
Layouts and views
The announced line includes both three bedroom and four bedroom plans, positioned to maximize outlook and light. Developers said the larger homes are designed to bring the southern district landscape inside through large areas of glazing and carefully planned proportions.
Design, privacy and finishes
The project places emphasis on privacy and a sense of space, the developers said, noting that all four bedroom units include a private lift lobby to enhance exclusivity. Private lift lobbies will be a standard feature for the four bedroom homes, the companies added.
Interior specifications will use high quality materials and international appliances, with attention to entryways, living and dining areas, and bedroom proportions to balance form and function. Large windows are intended to increase natural light and reinforce the expansive waterfront and hillside views.
Project scale and unit mix
Phase 4B of LA MONTAGNE (海盈山) offers a total of 368 residential units, with standard layouts spanning two bedroom to four bedroom plans and usable areas from 484 to 1,517 square feet. The development is weighted toward two bedroom and three bedroom units.
The scheme also includes 15 special units with usable areas from 446 to 2,291 square feet, giving buyers a wide selection of layouts to suit different household needs, the developers said.
Location and neighborhood amenities
LA MONTAGNE sits above the Wong Chuk Hang MTR station (Wong Chuk Hang, a South Island Line station), providing direct access to Hong Kong’s rail network and convenient transit links. The development adjoins THE SOUTHSIDE, a large shopping and lifestyle complex.
THE SOUTHSIDE spans more than 500,000 square feet and combines dining, retail and everyday services, offering residents integrated neighborhood amenities. The southern district has continued to develop in recent years, and Wong Chuk Hang is evolving into a mixed residential, commercial and leisure neighborhood.
Sales timing and market outlook
LA MONTAGNE is at the occupation stage, and the four developers said they will announce sales arrangements for the Collection Privée line in the near term. With large units remaining relatively scarce and few new full-scale residential projects in the southern district, the new high end releases are expected to draw strong market interest.
“We believe Collection Privée will meet demand for larger, high quality homes in the area,” a spokesman for the joint developers said in a written statement, referring to the combination of transit access and THE SOUTHSIDE amenities.
