The Four Seasons poolside menu debuts a new evening small-plates service, available nightly from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong said.

The new Four Seasons poolside menu is offered outdoors at the hotels poolside restaurant, which overlooks Victoria Harbour (the waterway between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon) and the skyline of Central (the citys financial district). The hotel said the evening list is intended for after-work gatherings, casual drinks, and date nights, using small plates designed for sharing.
What to order from the Four Seasons poolside menu
The menu blends Asian and Mediterranean flavors. A Japanese-style seafood okonomiyaki topped with blue shrimp, squid, mussels, and dried bonito flakes is priced at approximately $27.82 (originally 218 HKD), the hotel said.
For a seafood main, choose pan-seared salmon with black sesame, asparagus, and a chayote-herb jus, priced at approximately $48.23 (originally 378 HKD). A Greek-style grilled octopus skewer comes with Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and lemon-garlic oil, at approximately $40.70 (originally 318 HKD).

Desserts and cocktails from the poolside list
Desserts lean into summer flavors. A frozen lemon cocktail mixed with vodka is priced at approximately $20.42 (originally 160 HKD). House-made Spanish churros with vanilla ice cream, caramel milk sauce, and dark chocolate sauce, also listed at approximately $20.42 (originally 160 HKD), pair warm and cold textures.

The poolside restaurant is also offering a “101 Days of Summer” Summer Sangria, priced at approximately $49.55 (originally 388 HKD). Guests can choose red, white, or ros e9 wine as a base, add a splash of cognac for body, and customize fruit and herb proportions with fresh lemon, apple, strawberry, and mint.
The hotel said the Four Seasons poolside menu will run nightly and is intended to complement the hotels outdoor summer programming. Reservations are recommended, the hotel added.
